"David was amazing to work with when looking for a new place to live in Austin. When I initially started looking, I thought I wanted to just rent a new home, and he jumped right in to help me find the home that suited me. We looked at a number of places together, reviewed our options, and I just didn't feel like a new rental was a significant upgrade from my current rental situation. Talking with David I quickly realized that while I could rent a new home, it might make sense to just buy.

David talked me through the differences between the rental and buyer's market in Austin, and what I might be able to do with the budget I had. It quickly became a no-brainer when it came to moving from renting to buying. David carefully talked me through the ins and outs of the Austin housing market, how the process in Texas worked, and what I would expect. It was incredibly helpful as the market here was very different to where I had previously owned a home, and David was clear with all his information, documentation, and quickly able to work through all my questions and concerns. In a very stressful housing market, I felt like I had a true partner on my side when it came to the process.

Once David and I worked through the process, he did an excellent job of setting expectations for home viewings, putting out offers, what to expect on counteroffers, and how bidding in Austin would work. He was very clear that we'd be dealing with tough situations, but ultimately all decisions were mine and he'd be there to advise. We went through the tough process together of vetting and viewing homes, and David was always available at a moment's notice if I saw something I might be interested in. And when we did do viewings, he had an uncanny eye for things I was or wasn't interested in in a home. He has a knack for spotting your individual tastes, narrowing down your choices, and helping you find the place that fits your personality and lifestyle.

In the end, I ended up in a great home in a neighborhood that really suits me well, and I really appreciate David's help in the process. He has a great eye for his clients' needs, is very thoughtful and quick to respond, and brings a ton of great knowledge to the table.
