"Selling your home can be stressful, but Alexa Kemple helped us through every stage of the process. She made useful recommendations on preparing our home for sale, worked with other agents to attract buyers, assisted us with the nuances of the offer and inspection processes, and kept us informed as things occurred. We had a quick sale at the asking price - the best possible outcome. The whole process could not have been easier. Alexa showed us several comparable homes in our area and worked with us to set an appropriate sales price. She handled all the interactions with the various inspectors and insured that everything was completed in a timely and complete manner. We were able to leave all the myriad of details to her and she was always available to answer questions. We were completly satisfied and can enthuastically recommend Alexa." - Cynthia
"Alexa did an outstanding job in helping to sell our home in a relatively short time at a respectable price, considering the real estate market. She was on top of things from the very beginning and was diligent in assuring that our home received a LOT of exposure. Whether it was printing and distributing beautiful flyers, making phone calls, or showing our home, Alexa was enthusiastic, thorough, and tireless! Every home sale has its challenges and Alexa met each one of them with expertise, patience, and a sense of humor! I'm happy that we sold our home, but miss my (sometimes) daily calls with Alexa." - Paige
"I first met Alexa in 2010 at an open house for a home in Westmoreland Hills, Bethesda, MD. I ended up purchasing the home. A year or so thereafter, I had to relocate and I worked with Alexa to list my home for rent. She rented it for me with virtually zero vacancy time, which was a huge success. Recently, I asked Alexa to be the listing agent for a condo that I sold in North Bethesda. She helped me arrange for a large number of repairs to my unit that were necessary after a tenant left it in need of repairs. This was a high rise condo building which was undergoing a number of intrusive repairs and was difficult to sell as a result of restricted access to the balconies, plastic sheeting over windows and impacts of dust and noise. Despite these negative factors, Alexa sold my condo at a good value. She has always given me good advice and exceptional service. If I have future real estate transaction needs in the DC area, I will definitely use Alexa again and I give her the strongest recommendation possible. Thank you Alexa." - Ben
"Alexa listed my parent's home, and from day one, showed her skill in marketing and selling a home. She immediately suggested very cost effective upgrades. She was right on target with every suggestion she made, helping us with contractors, and guiding us in preparing the house for sale at a very reasonable expense. The weekend of our first (and only) open house we had 26 families come through and had an offer we accepted for the full asking price two days later. Beyond her obvious ability in real estate, Alexa is a wonderful human being, positive, always reliable, encouraging, and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend her for anyone in the Montgomery County area looking to buy or sell a home." - Michael
"Awesome! We had such a great experience with Alexa. Alexa helped me with virtually everything from staging and color choices to beautiful literature and friendly open houses. I could not have managed it all without her! She is cheerful, enthusiastic, incredibly knowledgable, professional and patient!
My home is an unusual contemporary in a traditional market so the staging required multiple visits and lots of thought. Alexa found the perfect family for our home.
I would also like to thank the entire team at WFP. Alexa, Kellyann & Karen. You are the best! Thank you!
