Jake is a native Virginian who moved to Washington, D.C., nearly 25 years ago and soon embarked on several years in the non-profit sector.  He became a licensed real estate agent in 2015 and broker in 2018, closing well over $100 million in business.

For the last 6 years, he’s been featured in Washingtonian Magazine as one of the region’s leading agents. He’s also a recipient of the GCAAR Gold Award every year it's been awarded and a REAL Trends top agent for 5 years running.
