About Jesse

Jesse Grimste is one of the Washington region’s top salespeople under 30. His career has risen quickly, a success to which he attributes his incredibly supportive sphere of influence. “My clients are my friends, and they’re friends of friends - who eventually become new friends; the cycle perpetuates itself,” says Jesse, who is proud to have built a business almost entirely based on referrals. “Every client I work with, whether they’re spending $250,000 or $2,500,000, gets the same dedicated attention and service. I want you to feel like you’re my one and only client.”

His experience working with residential property domestically and abroad, as well as his academic background in real estate finance, has given Jesse a keen understanding of the global real estate economy. He uses this experience to gracefully navigate his clients through the complicated and competitive DC market. “I love the whole process, and both sides of it. Buyers are fun because they’re excited for something new and shiny. A new home can be such a lifestyle upgrade. I love working with buyers to find the perfect fit, even if it takes months of searching. And sellers bring out my creative side. I consider myself a rather talented, untrained, interior designer. I love working with sellers to prepare their homes for the market, then revealing to the public a sparkling gem that, fingers crossed, should sell in a weekend. What else can I say? I love my job!”

Jesse’s clients say he’s a treat to work with, and that his patience, honesty, and keen eye for a good investment are some of his greatest assets. “I never want my clients to feel like they’re being “sold”. I want them to see me as an advisor above all else - a real estate consultant. I will never pressure you to make a decision that I wouldn’t make myself.”

In his spare time, Jesse loves spending time with his partner, Jake, and their two dogs, Gunner and Clyde. The four of them can often be found strolling through Rock Creek Park with friends, having a bite at a restaurant near their Columbia Heights home, or taking a last minute road trip into nature.
