With more than 40 years in the area, over two decades as a Top Producer in Great Capital Area, John uses his wealth of experience to ensure the financial success of his clients.

Licensed in Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC, John's in-depth market knowledge allows him to custom tailor a marketing strategy for each property that provides the greatest exposure to achieve the goal of higher offers in the shortest period of time with the best terms. Many area builders rely on his expertise when making development plans in order to optimize resources.

As a Certified Relocation Specialist, John is able to access the corporate relocation purchaser and a vast worldwide referral network. His professionalism and attention to detail have led him to the very top of his field. John’s reputation has been built on integrity, total discretion and attention to details during the transaction. John began his career in Publishing, working as a graphic artist in Florida after graduating from college. In 1986, John pursued a professional golf career, continuing on the Mini Tours, PGA Tour and US Open until 1995. Teaching golf in Maryland at Congressional Country Club, TPC at Avenel as well as Argyle Golf and Country Club and River Bend Golf & Country Club in Virginia allowed John to spend time with his wife and daughter Samantha. Since 2000, John has received awards as a real estate Top Producer, consistently achieving over $20 million club levels.
