A 20+ year native of Northern Virginia, Kyle lives and breathes everything real estate in the DMV. Four years at The University of Pennsylvania eventually changed Kyle's mindset on society's perceived norm for everyday work. Entrepreneurship and future wealth building were his true passions. After two years of D1 baseball at UPenn and two years of building a startup with friends (that ended with a USA Today partnership) Kyle dove headfirst into real estate, happily selling hundreds of homes over the last half-decade.

A firm believer in practicing what you preach, Kyle buys, sells, renovates, and invests in real estate on a personal level. Working with the four pillars of clients (buyers, sellers, investors & renters) requires an experience level that can resonate with the client. Without a personal 'know-how' to a relate to that client, Kyle does not feel the proper advice can be offered. With a growing rental portfolio and numerous personal fix & flips of his own, Kyle has guided a plethora of clients to successful primary-resident purchases to converted rentals and straight investment purchases garnering strong ROI's. Kyle believes every real estate transaction needs to be looked at from the two lenses of, "Is this a good investment?" and "How will this help my future self?".
Beyond real estate's power to be leveraged towards future financial freedom, Kyle loves working with everyday clients who trust him to buy and sell properties. Each client will receive a fun experience during what can be considered a stressful time in their lives. Kyle will shoulder the load in hopes of delivering a successful 5-star experience. Beyond the deal itself, Kyle's goal is to create a post-transactional relationship with every client.
In his spare time, Kyle enjoys bike rides on the GW Parkway, walks with his Australian Shepard, frozen margaritas (salt on the rim please!) and spending time with his partner-in-crime fiancée, Michelle.
