"Morgan is extremely honest and extremely responsive. When you are looking for a house these two traits are at the top of the list. He is honest in listening to what you are looking for - and in providing his experienced assessment - take it or leave it - no pushiness. He is responsive to your text, telephone or email queries or concerns - immediately. The property we ended up buying with Morgan's help had a tree fall through the roof (big storm) a couple weeks before closing. Being constantly accessible to show homes, consult clients, and facilitate a smooth transaction is what separates Morgan from most agents. In a competitive marketplace like Northern Virginia, it is crucial to act quickly when a favorable opportunity arises. Morgan has sold over $45,000,000 of real estate since 2009, and attributes much of his success to simply outworking and being more knowledgable than other agents.

Morgan's loyalty has endeared him to his past client base. "I am a bit of an intense negotiator," Morgan admits, "but if someone is negotiating with my hard earned money, I want that person to scrap and claw for every dollar instead of trying to talk me into a deal that is not in my best interest at the time." After graduating from business school at James Madison University, Morgan moved to Northern Virginia to pursue a career in real estate. Although real estate investment was his first career path, Morgan quickly developed a passion for real estate sales. Morgan now focuses on sales full time.
