Although they teamed up only recently in 2018, Nadia and Bill have been friends and colleagues for a number of years and have much in common. They are both attorneys who decided to leave their law practices after awakening their passion for real estate through acquiring and selling their own personal residences and investment properties. Nadia left her position as Counsel at a major national law firm in 2005 to become a Realtor and has never looked back. Bill transitioned from his accounting and the legal profession in 1999 to help manage and grow a fledgling mortgage company as well as a title company. Bill procured his real estate license in 2005 to enhance his personal real estate investment and development efforts – soon he found himself assisting his friends, and his real estate career was born.

With over 25 years of combined experience in real estate, over 14 years as practicing attorneys, and extensive experience with acquiring, renovating, and selling their own properties, Nadia and Bill have acquired a special skill set to support their clients’ real estate-related needs, including years of negotiating experience, a deep understanding of structuring and interpreting contracts, and a keen eye for how to achieve every property’s full potential.

Though not without its challenges, working in real estate has proven to be far more fulfilling and rewarding – and yes, much more fun - than practicing law. They consider it a true honor to journey along with their clients as they navigate through some of the most significant personal and financial events in life, the purchase or sale of a home or investment.
