Prior to beginning his real estate career, Stephen Vassor was a top-producing, solution based sales consultant in the car industry. After completing a B.S.B.A in both Finance and Business Analytics at Old Dominion University, while also competing as a Division 1 Student-Athlete in Men’s Basketball, Stephen moved to the Washington DC Metropolitan area to pursue his passion for entrepreneurship and real estate.
It was through these experiences that he learned the importance of commitment, discipline, integrity, and achieving goals through teamwork. Now, joining forces with The CM Group, Stephen executes the game-plan using his solution driven mindset, analytical strengths, and negotiation skills to create a pleasant, comfortable, and efficient process for his clients. Whether a first time or experienced home buyer or seller, or an astute investor or developer, his ability to simplify the process is advantageous in the ever evolving real estate market.
In his free time, he loves spending time with his family, playing basketball with friends, reading, and playing the piano.
