Denise loves real estate and is involved with it because she loves to help others. It is in her bones to serve others no matter what her pursuit is; she lives it out daily. Additionally, home buying and selling have been significant parts of Denise’s life because her family has moved so many times, and bought and sold numerous homes, including their own investment property.
Denise completely understands, not only on a professional level, what it means to walk through a real estate transaction. She has experienced it many times on a very personal level. Her own experiences, along with her over 20 years in business (sales, market research, client service, small business owner), allow her to guide, advise and support each client in what is typically one of the largest and most important purchases of their lifetime. Denise understands that when people buy a home, they are buying so much more than a structure; they are buying a place to call their own, to put down roots, relax, unwind, make memories, grow and evolve. Finding the right home is different for every person and family, and she understands that finding the perfect place takes time; it is alright by her.
Denise’s goal as a real estate agent when representing the buyer is to be their advocate to make sure they are getting what they need to feel like the exact house they choose can be their home. She sits down with all buyers and discusses the different areas of the Santa Clarita Valley since the six cities vary in personality. She also discusses the client’s goals, why they are moving, timing, and the essential criteria that they look for in the perfect home. She then offers a variety of resources for all of her clients, ranging from lenders to painters, carpet cleaners, plumbers, and many others.
When working with sellers, Denise’s goal is to help them price their homes to sell in the current market at the price and time frame that works for them. She works with each person to show them how they arrived at the suggested sales price and will give recommendations on how to make their home stand out so buyers can see the amazing place they are selling.
Denise’s top priorities as a real estate professional are to provide customer service that goes above and beyond what anyone expects (as she has very high expectations herself), to always keep the lines of communication open and work together closely as a team with her clients. Having followed these priorities, Denise has many happy clients, and she looks forward to meeting and working with new clients as a team.
