"Typically moving is one of the most stressful things that people can do and when we decided to embark on moving our to Denver from the Bay Area, we didn’t know where to begin. Thankfully we were introduced to Eric who made the whole experience as painless as possible. We were relocating to an area neither of us knew and had our twin four-year-old boys to consider. About Eric

Eric Grauberger is an integrity-driven and seasoned real estate agent serving the Greater Denver area. Eric has been recognized annually by the Denver Board of Realtors® as being in the top 10% of all metro area Realtors. His business mantra, ”Do your best and success follows” serves as a fitting totem for his longstanding real estate approach. He has been serving Coloradans for over three decades, with a track record of over $500 million in closed real estate transactions.

Clients are drawn to his honest nature and lighthearted approach to the real estate process.Eric says that he had an affinity for homes from a young age. He shares how as a child he “enjoyed exploring new homes, often studying blueprints and creating his own models.” He joined the corporate immediately after college, selling medical x-ray equipment for Dupont Company. Eric yearned for a more fulfilling career path, one on which he could build a legacy. This led him to earn his real estate license in 1990. He says, “I never looked back."

A fifth-generation Coloradoan, Eric is confident in his knowledge of the surrounding area. Having lived in Washington Park, Park Hill, and now Hilltop, he understands the complexities of the ever-evolving urban market. Eric is an Associate Broker at Compass and is currently creating his own network of agents. He serves the “entire front range of Denver,” spanning from the Denver metro area, Castle Rock, Westminster, Golden, to Aurora.

He notes how the majority of his clientele is concentrated in central Denver.

Eric’s current business is comprised of an astounding 95% repeat and referral clients. He works with friends, multiple generations of families, first-time homebuyers, as well as clients who sell every few years. When asked what keeps clients coming back, he says, “I’m honest and forthright.” He continues, “I keep clients for life because they know that I have their best interests at heart.” Eric enjoys an organic, personal connection with his client network and prefers to stay in touch through phone calls or “a coffee, cocktail, or dinner.”

Eric markets current listings through his CRM, as well as in local publications and magazines. He shares how a recent Cherry Hills property was featured in the Wall Street Journal. His current annual volume is $15,703,000, with 5 current listings.

When asked what keeps him working in the industry, Eric says, “It’s the interaction with people. I enjoy being a part of their lives and helping them with the most important decisions during their life.” He enjoys working with multiple generations of families, often helping clients’ children buy their first homes.

Eric’s lifelong love for Colorado is embodied in his community service. He has sat on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity, the Denver Board of Realtors, and the Lundy Foundation. He personally cooks and delivers meals for Project Angel Heart, which distributes meals to people living with severe illnesses. Outside of work, Eric enjoys remodeling homes, spending time golfing and traveling. Regarding his plans for the future, he says, “I don’t see retirement happening. I want to keep at the pace I’m at, and continue doing what I’m doing.”
