My name is Erez Finezilber and I come from a background of executive business coaching and personal life coaching. Since completing my MBA and majoring in organizational psychology, I have dedicated many years of my life to mentor, guide and coach others to reach their personal and professional goals in life. Through the years, I have also done a lot of my own personal real estate investments and slowly started to fall in love with the real estate world! From researching, developing and renovating my own properties I quickly learned the “INS and OUTS” of the real estate world. My passion for learning, researching and analyzing real estate opportunities just grew more and more strong through the years, bringing my yearning to become an agent and share my real estate experiences and knowledge with others into fruition!
I am so joyful when working with others, helping them acknowledge their real estate needs. Very often we learn in life that there is a big gap between what we really WANT and what we really NEED. One of my major roles as an agent is to help my clients in the process of narrowing down that gap! I love the process in which I guide my clients in deciphering, understanding and identifying their TRUE real estate needs and by doing so help them manifest their TRUE real estate objectives. I am a big believer in “treat others the same way you would have wanted to be treated yourself’.” This is why I like to build trust through performing with dignity and respect, first and foremost with myself and also with others.
I like to provide my clients with: comprehensive knowledge on market trends, details on the neighborhoods and on the property itself, comps, pricing, home improvement advice, formulate staging, provide professional photography and marketing solutions, etc. Behind me, I have a team of inspectors and lenders to provide my client with an assurance of a thorough, efficient, all-inclusive and quick process into escrow. I like to pay attention to details and truly listen closely to clients’ concerns and urgencies. I like to be truly PRESENT, as loyalty and integrity are my main motivators in building relationships. Since I am a very direct and genuine communicator I enjoy negotiating vigorously for my clients, as I believe in practicality and simplicity. I enjoy working hard for my clients to save them as much time and money as possible!
