Originally from Nebraska, Eric has called San Diego home since 2000 and has been a full time licensed Realtor since 2001. Eric specializes in residential sales, helping clients buy and sell all over San Diego county. His approach is very low-pressure, so you can feel confident that he will work at your pace and not push you to move any faster than you are comfortable. Eric’s goal is to earn your business for life, not just one transaction. He has experience selling everything from studios to multi-unit residential income properties.
In his free time, Eric is a dog lover and spends a lot of time with his two dogs. He also enjoys playing volleyball and tennis, as well as spending time at the beach, traveling or catching up with friends over dinner.
