Frans is a well-traveled Bay Area native who lives with his spouse, Dyniece, and their three children in San Francisco. He is a huge fan of San Francisco and everything it means to live and raise his children here. Member of North Beach community with children attending Saints Peter and Paul School, Sports teams, Salesian community, Real Estate community, and friends and family events throughout the Bay Area. He is also a proud 'Mercy Dad' in Burlingame. He brings his international marketing and data analysis background to his real estate transactions. His ability to coordinate multiple projects and events in different languages, time zones and continents makes him skilled in navigating his buyers through the tricky Bay Area market. From finding, analyzing, reviewing, advising and negotiating the best deals for his clients. Frans makes sure they are 100% confident, whether they are first-time home buyers or seasoned investors. He is half-Dutch and half-Colombian, and he speaks Spanish fluently.
