Gabe Richter serves as the Regional Vice President for Compass Texas, bringing over 20 years of experience in real estate. Known for his commitment to growth, innovation, and agent success, Gabe is dedicated to expanding the Compass brand across Texas and advancing the company’s mission of helping people find their place in the world.
Previously, Gabe was the CEO of Realty Austin, which joined Compass in September 2023. During his tenure, he led a team of 600+ agents, driving more than $5 billion in annual real estate sales throughout Central Texas.
Gabe holds an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He and his wife live in Dripping Springs, Texas, where he enjoys kayak fishing, disc golfing, playing music, and spending time with their three children.
