Working with Gina Morda is the most genuine experience one can get. She is understanding of your personal hopes while realistically focusing on the market and what is possible. When it comes to selling, I found comfort in her patience with our emotional ties to the property and the stress of the transaction.
Gina brings light-hearted humor, a keen eye for property details (both good and bad), and a direct communication style that is invaluable when purchasing or selling a home. She'll give it to you straight, and she'll go to battle for you when needed. That's exactly who you want on your team!
