Grace joined the Wiley Team because she shares the Team's core values. She has gravitated to real estate through her passion for people. The happiness her clients express along their journey drives her daily focus. She understands and listens to her clients to be sure the path that is set meets her clients goals and expectations. Her biggest joy out of day-to-day work is ultimately her clients’ satisfaction and success. 

Grace spent her early life in Shanghai, Tokyo, London, and New York attaining her education and working before moving to the Bay Area. The diverse cultures present throughout the Bay resonated with Grace and she knew she found her home. Grace is energized by working with clients from all different cultural backgrounds. 

Prior to her real estate career, Grace enjoyed a rewarding career in both banking and consulting industries as an external & internal IT advisor & auditor. Grace's technical and analytical background, augmented her love for people, give Grace's clients an advantage. Client service, project management skills, critical thinking, create results driven partnerships with her clients. Grace obtained her master degree in Information Systems at London School of Economics. She speaks English, Mandarin and Japanese. 

For fun, Grace enjoy's snowboarding and indoor rock-climbing. Staying fit and healthy keeps her happy and focused. Maintaining a healthy mind and body relieves stress so that she always has a relaxed and focused demeanor for her family and business.
