"Lynne Nolan was fantastic. She is thoughtful, smart, and committed to doing right by her clients. She started out as our agent, but has become a friend." - Vanessa W.
"My husband and I were toying with the decision of renting a place in Westport in order to be closer to our new workplaces. We were fortunate enough to begin working with Lynne - who was understanding, helpful and eager to please. There was never pressure, only patience. She helped us to figure it out and when we finally were able to describe what we felt would be right for us, she listened, screened and informed. And, she was on the mark! She found us the perfect pied a tierre. And even further, she acted as our advocate, understood my compulsive need for cleanliness and helped us after our walk thru by being in the house when I couldn't make it to Westport. I look forward to working with Lynne in the future when we are ready to make a more permanent move." - H.S.
"Lynne Nolan is one of the best agents I've ever worked with. I've bought and sold many properties in my life. This was a complicated 1031 transaction. I bought 2 properties with Lynne. I had planned for one of those to be in FL, but because of Lynne's incredible patience, and great approach, I decided to buy both in CT. This will be a long term relationship. It was stressful at times, but always fun. She is an absolute pleasure to work with."
"Lynne was a pleasure to work with. She is responsive and very aggressive. We feel that Lynne always worked hard on our behalf and took a very analytical approach to selling our home." - Brett B.
