Born and raised in the streets of Detroit, MI, Habib comes from a middle-class family of eight. Originally from Beirut, Lebanon, his parents fled the country in 1975 with hopes of creating a better future for their children. Growing up as a middle child, Habib quickly learned to be independent and strong. Focusing on sports to keep himself out of trouble, Habib excelled in football, swimming, track, basketball, and volleyball, eventually playing football at the college level. Injuries forced Habib to cut his dream of being a professional athlete short and focus on work.
At the age of 19, Habib got a job in property management where his powerful leadership skills helped to make him extremely successful. Quickly rising through the ranks, in five years Habib accomplished what no one in the industry has ever done before: transitioning from a leasing agent to property manager with no prior experience while earning multiple awards throughout the Metro Detroit area!
Habib moved to San Diego, CA in June 2015 with his lifelong friend and now business partner.
