"This review is so long overdue... Holly helped me and my husband sell three homes in two years and buy one home. Two of the homes were our primary residence (Brooklyn Park & Plymouth) and one a rental condo (St. Paul). Holly is nothing short of fantastic! With the first sale, she helped us navigate challenging buyers (and in all honesty, I'm not exactly an easy-going seller!) and managed to negotiate to buy our dream home; a relocation property with strict rules against going into contract with an existing home sale contingency.
