About Eric
Dynamic Houston native and consistent top producer Eric has fueled his rapid rise to success with an unparalleled commitment to exceeding his clients' goals. Tech-savvy, detailed-oriented with exceptional communication skills, he's both an innovative strategist and a calm confidante, no matter how challenging they ask.
For Eric, a career in real estate has been a lifelong goal, and his hard work and entrepreneurial spirit are evident. He was the youngest agent ever hired at his previous firm and the youngest to earn top-producer honors. Eric obtained his broker's license at the young age of 25, and he's followed that up with Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) and Graduate of REALTOR Institute (GRI) designations. It's no surprise he's been named among the Top 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate by the Houston Association of Realtors.
Eric works with buyers and sellers throughout the Inner Loop with a special fondness for Bellaire, where he grew up. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston, where he double majored in marketing and finance. Eric is fluent in Vietnamese and in his free time, he enjoys yoga and fitness.
