"Mary Frances is a paragon real estate agent who is genuine and trustworthy. If you are looking to buy in the West U/Rice Village area of Houston, it will be difficult to find anyone better than Mary Frances. We were incredibly lucky to find her."
- Jonathan R., MD - Oberlin St. in West U

"We felt confident that Mary Frances had faith in our home, our sale, and we were secure in her knowledge as our agent. We enjoyed the whole process of working with Mary Frances both on the sale of our current residence and the purchase of our new home. We highly recommend Mary Frances DuMay."
- Katherine & Brian T.- Dryden Street in Southgate and W. Alabama in Highland Village

"I want a Realtor who understands what I am looking for and does not waste my time - either when I buy or sell real estate. This involves asking questions, knowing the market, having experts like painters, contractors, and others to assist with the effort. Mary Frances has been invaluable to me on several transactions - not the least of which has been avoiding a "money pit" that was perfectly located but with unusual problems. Over many years I have seen her build her knowledge, learn the technology that is critical to functioning in the new real estate market, and work hard for me as her client. I recommend Mary Frances DuMay to anyone who is serious about a real estate transaction."
- John and Lynne A., River
Oaks

"Always a joy to work with an agent that I can fully trust. She is very knowledgeable, flexible, and works to understand client needs. I am grateful for her guidance and direction!"
- Kim G., Braes Heights

Mary Frances is a pro. She leaves no stone unturned, she comes up with out of the box solutions, and she is the ultimate advocate for her clients. The level of service that she provides to each and every client is exceptional. She makes every client feel like they are her only client and feel completely taken care of."
- Kyle and Jennifer E., West University

"Mary Frances was exceptional. She took a house that had no preparations for sale and oversaw and coordinated every detail. She kept us well-informed and took all the covid restrictions in stride. She went above and beyond what anyone could expect from a realtor, taking care of many additional details for us while we were out of town We are indebted to her for how much time, effort, and love she gave to our home and our family."
- Tracy and Adam L., West University

"Mary Frances provided us with wonderful services and attention in the listing of our property! She was thoughtful, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for us. Working thru the pandemic was stressful for many, as guidance and information was changing daily. She handled it with grace and clarity in an uncertain time. So thankful for her help and a successful transaction."
- Kelly and Blake H., Texas Medical Center area

"We chose Mary Frances DuMay because we noticed several homes she had for sale in the neighborhoods of Highland Village and Lynn Park during the time we lived there. We were pleased that we made the decision for her to represent us when selling our home. Mary Frances did a fantastic job of marketing our home, it sold quickly for nearly full asking price. Her customer service is first class and we would highly recommend her to anyone."
- Shane and Jane G., Highland Village

"I met Mary Frances while in the process of house hunting; she was the listing agent on property we looked at. During our house hunt, my fiance and I saw approximately 20 houses and met countless agents. Mary Frances was absolutely the most impressive and easiest to work with. When it came time to list my condo, she was definitely my first choice. With Mary Frances guidance, the process was enjoyable. I would recommend her to anyone and look forward to working with her in the future." -Lauren P., River Oaks Area

"Mary Frances truly was our Real Estate Angel! Not a day goes by that we haven’t thought about her and how grateful we are for all the excellent help with the logistics of leasing our house."
- Rebecca and Jim

She provided great guidance and support throughout the entire process. We just recommended Mary Frances to a friend who is looking for a new home." - Jacquelyn & Collin C.
