Ivena Armand started her real estate career as an assistant over 5 years ago with one of Los Angeles’ top real estate producers before joining The Joyce Rey Team at Coldwell Banker Beverly Hills in 2015. The Hawaii native obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies with an emphasis in Advertising and Marketing. It was through her experience at the world-renowned 5-Star Wynn Resort Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada where she understood what hospitality truly resembled. Armand has embraced and applied these best practices to her professional real estate career consistently transacting at a high-level guiding each client with research and market data.
