James began his real estate career while attaining his Bachelor of Arts degree at University of California at Santa Barbara. He knew early on that he wanted to work in the real estate industry. After moving to Los Angeles and working in commercial real estate, James gravitated to the marketing and branding needs of the industry. Soon after, he completed his Master of Science degree in Consumer Psychology from University of Southern California. While at USC, he closely studied the real estate industry and the fact that it remains a relationship-first business, much to the benefit of both buyers and sellers.
After moving back to San Diego in 2014, James worked directly with real estate and mortgage companies to improve and refine their marketing and branding messages for the benefit of the company and the consumer.
Licensed since 2011, James brings a great deal of knowledge to the real estate transaction and represents his clients with both tact and awareness. James has experience working in Metro, North County, South County, East County and in Coastal San Diego. He has a special affinity for Coronado, where he grew up.
With an interest in architecture, landscape and design, James brings his passion into his real estate business to the benefit of both his sellers, by maximizing the values of their homes, and buyers, by strategizing on the untapped potential found in listings throughout San Diego county.
James puts his clients’ interest first and their satisfaction is his number one priority. James looks forward to continuing to guide his clients into smart and rewarding real estate decisions.
