About Janice
Janice has lived in Washington, DC for over 35 years and has been a Georgetown homeowner for over 20 years. She spent much of her childhood traveling the world as the daughter of a military family with Panamanian roots. Her love of travel, languages and culture remained with her throughout her life and inspired her to obtain a bachelorā€™s degree in international finance and a masterā€™s degree in Latin American Studies.

She worked on wall street for several years in institutional sales, and traded equities with some of the largest mutual and hedge funds in Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, and Saudi Arabia. This past experience has easily translated to real estate, where partnering with clients and negotiating properly on their behalf is essential to every transaction.

She believes strongly in education and now partners with her real estate clients to expand their knowledge of the housing market, while she strives to understand and meet their unique real estate needs. Janice has found that her clients appreciate this and find it helpful to the process of buying and selling a home. In addition to her role as your agent, she is a trusted resource and prides herself on promoting growth and development within the community.

As a result, her relationships with her clients continue long after buying or selling their home.
