About Jason
Jason, a Mill Valley native, had a passion for real estate instilled in him at an early age. His father, Jay Nelson, ran a thriving soils and foundation engineering firm in Marin County (Earth Science Consultants) for over 50 years, and often brought Jason with him to the jobsite. This led to Jason's first career: working alongside his father in construction for 10 years.
He earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from U.C. Davis and Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Golden Gate University. After passing the bar exam, he opened his own law practice in Marin, specializing in real estate. Jason has been a real estate lawyer for 15 years.
With over 25 years of Marin real estate and construction experience, and a lifetime of living in Marin, Jason has a wealth of knowledge and a vast network to tap into. He will leverage all of his connections, experience and knowledge to his client's advantage to help them achieve their Marin real estate goals.
