About JD
Jon David joined Tradition Home Group as the Director of Growth and Development in early 2021. He brings a wealth of experience from his roles in the automotive industry over the past 15 years. The first part of his career was spent in the management of wholesale auto auctions. In 2013, Jon David launched a startup business in the automotive logistics space, transporting cars across the US for automotive manufacturers, dealers, and rental car companies. His experience in dealing with a wide range of customers from retail to business to business clients gave him a unique perspective on each individual’s needs. He wants customers to know he will always have their top interest in mind, which aligns perfectly with the team’s laser-focused approach to raising the bar when it comes to providing the ultimate customer experience. With Tradition Home Group, Jon David will help with the growth of the company as well as the professional development of their new hires and current team.
A graduate of Oak Park and William Jewell, Jon David has been a Northlander since 1989 and has developed a fondness, especially, for the Platte County area. In his words, “I believe that there is not a better community to raise a family in than Northern Platte County. The schools, athletic programs, neighborhood communities, and proximity to Kansas City are unmatched.” He keeps busy outside of real estate coaching local sports teams and cheering on his and Nickole’s 4 children. They enjoy spending time with friends, neighbors, family, and their pups. Chief’s games, pool time, and trips to Arizona round out the list of favorite hobbies for this busy group.
