With over 15 years of experience in real estate sales and development, Jeff Harris provides best-in-class service and real-time market intelligence for his clients and the firm, and the highest level of professionalism known throughout the industry.

Mr. Harris has spent years overseeing the interior design and amenities packages for new developments, supervising all aspects of marketing, advertising, and sales, and is responsible for deal sourcing several new projects currently under construction in New York City. Mr. Harris’ intimate knowledge of the luxury market, design trends and consumer demand, combined with his understanding of finance and investment provide the basis for finding, creating, and extracting value in any real estate project.

Previously working at Voyeur Real Estate, The Corcoran Group and AKI Development, Mr. Harris has overseen the branding, marketing and advertising, and subsequent launch and sale/lease up, of multiple new development projects in New York City, and was the first NYC broker to sell a co-op apartment in Soho for over $2,000 per square foot.

Mr. Harris graduated from Emory University with a B.S. in Psychology, and from New York University with a Masters degree with distinction in Real Estate Finance & Investment. He has also studied commercial real estate acquisitions and due diligence at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design. He serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Old Astoria Neighborhood Association, and has been featured in The Real Deal, New York Post, The New York Times, Curbed NY, and Elle Décor.
