Having been a language interpreter since a young age then working globally, Jenny loves being a teacher and tour guide at the core. Often bridging the gap between two sides to reach mutual understanding, Jenny aims for win-win with ease. Her experiences at Wellington Management, Harvard Medical School, and MIT, as well as taking high German courses in Zurich and teaching English at Shizuoka Prefecture’s Board of Education in Japan, all allow her to bring much to the table along with a great sense of detail and genuine care. Naturally geared to please, Jenny easily puts her clients’ best interests at heart while being open, ethically strong, and their well-trusted advocate. Encouraged by seasoned and well-recognized realtors to pursue real estate, Jenny hopes to do much good work in all that she encounters. Having been in Greater Boston for over 15 years, starting with rentals, then becoming a local homeowner herself, Jenny is covering and picking up the market well. While already well versed, Jenny has also proven to be quite handy with minor repairs and updating various types of hardwired alarms.
Jenny has relatives all over the US, Taiwan, and previously, China. She is fluent in English, proficient in Mandarin, Taiwanese, and Japanese, and loves to learn more. When time allows, Jenny has actively volunteered with the Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center tutoring English, served on the board for NEJETAA (New England Japan Exchange and Teaching Program Alumni Association), interviewed applicants, and taught orientation classes for the JET Program at Japan Consulate Boston and Washington DC, as well as with Joslin Diabetes Center, local public schools, and fundraising for the Red Cross.
