"It was a pleasure working with Joelle to sell our home! During our first meeting, it was clear that Joelle was knowledgeable of the local market, organized, and detail oriented. She was personable, honest and engaged throughout the entire process. We were able to sell our home quickly and Joelle made the experience relaxed and enjoyable. I highly recommend Joelle for your real estate needs!"
"Joelle is incredible to work with. Knowledgeable, professional, and honest. She is an excellent communicator and a valuable resource. She takes the time to understand your individual, unique situation and treats her clients with the utmost respect. Highly, highly recommended."
"I met Joelle because I was selling a house, she did a remarkable job. Moreover, Joelle found us a new house, with exactly what we were looking for. Her interest in our housing was more than business and she personally valued us as customers. Impressively, she followed up weeks and months after to ensure our happiness.
I would highly recommend Joelle. Highly!"
"Buying a new home is an exhausting experience. Between contractors, sales people and other aspects, it's rough. The consistently positive experience was our realtor, Joelle. She was polite and professional while always fighting for our best interest. We've used 4 realtors in our nearly 20 years of moving - Joelle was, by FAR, the best! We'd happily recommend her to anyone interested in finding a new realtor."
I fell in love with architecture and design at a young age while visiting the mansions of Newport, Rhode Island, on a family vacation. I was awed by the beauty and grandeur of those old homes. I still am! I can recall as a kid creating my own floor plans and figuring out the best way to layout furniture. A favorite toy was my Victorian dollhouse that I would decorate. I’ve always been intrigued by houses and the concept of home.
I grew up in Syracuse, New York, and on a whim moved to Aspen to ski bum after college. I always thought I’d head back to New York because that was my home. I didn’t anticipate falling in love with Colorado, though it’s hard not to with the Maroon Bells in your backyard!
Over the years I’ve lived in so many different houses in the Denver area I’ve lost track. Through these many moves I’ve learned that home is a much deeper concept that can’t be confined to the walls that surround you, but with each house I’ve lived in, home has greeted me at the door.
My real estate career began in the late 90’s when I landed in Denver and took a job leasing apartments on Capital Hill. I found I really enjoyed getting to know the tenants and matching them with new places to live. I started exploring the neighborhoods around our great city and found each had something unique to offer and I quickly established my favorite haunts. In 2003 I added residential appraiser to my resume; in 2005 I got my real estate license.
Buying, selling, moving - these are big events in our lives. When you work with me, you will get an agent who is honest and sincere. I will listen, be responsive and explain every step of the process so you can make confident decisions and experience joyful results with home greeting you at your new front door.
