Prior to focusing on Real Estate, John has proven himself as a successful entrepreneur. Business accomplishments include: founding a Marketing Research business that has been retained by some of the world's most dynamic brands (adidas, Xfinity/Comcast, and Corona, to name a few), creating an International Ultra-Luxury Adventure Travel Business and building up and operating a Nutrition Counseling Business to 9 locations and over 50 employees. Eager to share his knowledge with future business leaders, he regularly returns to his alma mater CU as a guest lecturer at the Leeds School of Business. John enjoys applying and integrating skills from the business world into his passion for Real Estate, sharing with clients his enthusiasm, persistence, negotiating prowess and marketing expertise.
John understands firsthand the process of successfully navigating Real Estate transactions and analyzes each deal for his clients as if it was for his own family. His primary goal is to build trust, develop lasting client relationships, and create an enjoyable experience and successful outcome. When he is not helping clients find their dream home, John can usually be found taking advantage of the Boulder lifestyle; mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing or trying to keep up with his wife and two daughters on the ski hill.
