Josh currently lives in Los Angeles. He decided to pursue a career in real estate because he realized it was the perfect fit for his skillset and core competencies. He has great communication skills and understands the importance of listening to the needs of his clients first and foremost. His approach to real estate is to always be honest and to always put the clients’ needs and goals above all else. Josh credits his success in real estate to his dedication, work ethic, energy, and optimism. His repeat clients are a testament to that. Josh has helped many buyers and sellers achieve their real estate objectives. He takes great pride in knowing how satisfied all of his clients have been with the results he achieved for them.
When away from his love and enthusiasm for real estate, Josh spends his time traveling to exotic destinations, meeting new people, learning about other cultures, and spending time with loved ones.
