Judah is driven to exceed client expectations. Recently, he listed and staged a property within three days which secured an above ask offer after the very first open house. One week later the apartment was in contract, and the sellers were thrilled with the outstanding service and exceptional result. Judah is also extremely diligent in his pursuit of matching buyers with the perfect property. He listens intently and works tirelessly, which is how he recently assisted a client to locate her dream home after five other brokers had failed to do so.
Judah, a former real estate Rookie of the Year, sees meeting people from across the globe, who seek to make New York their next home, as a privilege.
