Julie did an outstanding job on a difficult sale. We worked with Julie for several years identifying an ideal home to buy which was not easy. She tirelessly took us to many homes all over the place as we were interested in living in the hills. She helped us secure a wonderful property at well below asking price. Julie was a fantastic agent to work with. After asking her to represent us, she quickly set up a viewing that day to see the property herself and discuss with us her thoughts. Her evaluation and guidance put us at ease as it aligned with how we felt. Little to our surprise, another party would put in an offer later that day and put us in a time-crunch. Julie took the lead helping us understand what the next steps were and gave us space to make a decision; meanwhile reviewing the disclosures for any potential issues we missed. Once we decided to put in an offer, like we discussed earlier, Julie took care of the rest given the tight schedule we were in.
