Due to our family being relocated to the Houston area, we were searching for a qualified real estate agent that could help us to locate a home quickly. We were unfamiliar with the Houston market and needed someone familiar with the area, giving honest feedback on neighborhood safety, school ratings, and resale value of the areas. Julie spent countless hours finding homes that met our criteria. At one point we were considering an older home. We put an offer on the home and it was soon accepted. Julie brought in an experienced team of inspectors to complete our home inspection. The inspections had multiple findings that we feel an unqualified inspector would have missed. Thanks to Julie's qualified panel, we were able to identify many problems that had not been brought to our attention, and we removed our offer.

A graduate of Black Hawk College and a native of Illinois. Julie developed a passion for real estate while building and managing a small rental business focusing on rental properties in the West Memorial area. She brings excellent negotiation skills and business savvy to the table having served as a paralegal in Corporate Defense Litigation (for companies such as Ford, Volvo & BMW). Organized, responsive and incredibly personable, clients can rely on Julie to carefully usher them through each step of the process.
A member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the Spring Branch Education Foundation Committee. Julie is an active constituent of her neighborhood including President of Sandalwood Garden Club, Sandalwood Board Member, and Director of Sandalwood Swim Team. She served on the Yellow School Board for three years, was the Executive Vice President of the Frostwood PTA, and served as a development officer in charge of corporate fundraising. She was awarded PTA Lifetime Member in 2014.
Julie has a passion for the outdoors. She enjoys working out, running, boating and especially gardening, but cheering on her boys in their many sports over the years took precedence in her free time.
