"Kale is awesome, super helpful, and very knowledgeable. We gave him some pretty narrow parameters to work with and he did a great job at finding homes within those parameters for us to look at and we ended up buying one of them!
He's always great with communication, responds quickly to calls, texts, emails, etc. Whenever we met up to look at a house he was always there waiting for us and had all the info for each on hand for us. Sometimes we had questions about a house that had to be run through the seller/ agent and Kale was always quick to find out the info and get it relayed back to us in no time.
He worked very hard to help us find the right place and when it came time to draw up the papers he was a wizard getting all the documents to us to sign and then dashing them out to whomever they needed to go to ( agent, mortgage , etc.).

Kale is a lifelong Washingtonian who grew up in Renton and moved to Maple Valley for school. He interned with one of the top-producing real estate teams in the area at age 15 and immersed himself in the business, preparing for the successful career he enjoys today. At age 21 he jumped in and joined that team full-time. Kale has been passionate about his work ever since. Outside of work he enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, going to concerts, or wake surfing and kayaking on the lake in summer.
