Kate Paddon has been a full-time resident of Provincetown since 2015 and fell in love with the Outer Cape during her first visit in 1988. Before settling in Provincetown, Kate and her husband, Ray, owned a cottage at Corn Hill Beach in Truro. This retreat was not just a home base, but a cherished launching pad for countless summer adventures shared with their four beloved boys, a time treasured by the entire family.
With a background in social services in Northwestern Connecticut, including roles at Planned Parenthood and a women’s crisis center, Kate transitioned to real estate, drawn by her own positive experiences as a homebuyer and seller. Known for her attentive client approach, Kate aims to reduce stress and manage every aspect of the buying or selling process. As a valued member of The Holmes Group, Kate contributes to a team that has collectively overseen 396 transactions, amounting to $292,990,325 in sales volume since 2013. With a wealth of experience on the Outer Cape, The Holmes Group is known for its expertise in the local market.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys gardening, hiking, and reading, but her true passion lies in running. A former elite athlete, Kate has earned numerous accolades, including a USATF National Master's Championship in Cross Country. Though no longer competing, Kate still relishes long runs through the National Seashore trails with her husband and walking the beach with her dog, Rio.
