Katherine Wellborn

Katherine, or Kat as her friends call her, moved to D.C. from the South almost 10 years ago and immediately fell in love with the city’s architecture and rapidly changing neighborhoods. After practicing law several years, Kat decided to combine her long-standing passion real estate with her desire client-centered work and a chance to step out from behind the computer. Kat understands how daunting the buying and selling process can be and she aims to provide her clients with the best guidance to facilitate a smooth, stress-free transaction. Her goal is to help clients feel confident and at ease when making decisions in the complex process of buying and selling.

Kat is originally from Nashville, TN. She now resides in Logan Circle, where she enjoys a bustling life in the heart of the city. Kat enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, and running. She plans to add dog mom to her bio soon.
