"Working with Kathryn as our realtor has been absolutely wonderful. She helped us buy a home in McKinney TX in 2015, and two years later she helped us sell it (for more than we had imaged we could sell it for!) She is incredibly dependable, always follows through on what she says she will do, and always knows when you need a little extra encouragement because- the home buying/selling process can be really tough! Kathryn has incredible knowledge of the entire DFW area, and was able to direct us to a place that fit our exact needs and felt like home. She knows how to get great deals for her clients. Since we have been on both the buying and the selling side with Kathryn as our relator, we have seen first hand how her negotiating skills and vast knowledge of laws, norms and trends can benefit the final sale. One of my favorite parts about working with Kathryn was her attention to detail; she took care of so many little things that would have felt incredibly stressful if we had to do it on our own. Not to mention, her hopeful outlook and positive thinking made the entire process feel easy. If you are looking for a realtor, Kathryn will be fun to work with, helpful and patient with all of your questions, and passionate about getting you what you need in a home.

"Kathryn was great start to finish, handled all of the hard stuff with ease. Had the best photo guy ever make our house look amazing. She is GREAT to work with. Highly recommend!

As a Richardson and North Dallas native, Kathryn has enjoyed seeing the evolution of the communities she loves and works in. Her first job at age 7 was reading the Mapsco to her mother, who is also a fabulous real estate agent, as they navigated to preview listings for her buyers. Even then she was fascinated by the differences between each house they saw. That attention to detail continues today as she celebrates the 10 year anniversary of receiving her real estate license.
When she is not working, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her husband, Austin, and their rescue dog Henry. They love working on projects in their 1950's home in Richardson. She has a passion for community events, and for volunteering with and supporting local non-profits including CASA, and the Richardson Adult Literacy Center.
