After graduation I began working in technology sales for 6 years. During this time I gained valuable business skills, developed my strengths, and built lifelong relationships. Despite these successes I yearned for a more meaningful career, one that made a real difference and brought value to peoples everyday lives. The best decision I've ever made was leaving the safety of corporate America to pursue the challenge of a new career, proudly continuing my familyās legacy in Raleigh real estate.
Naturally, I have a very deep appreciation for Raleigh's history, growth, and people. For example: Most people know Moore Square for it's charming cobblestone streets, I know it as the 1920's location of the old farmers market where my grandmother went every weekend as a little girl. The historic Montague building is now home to Cafe Luna, but it used to be the home of my grandfathers first business. Oakwood Cemetery is more than a landmarkāitās where my ancestors rest, a poignant reminder of my connection to this community.
