Kaycee knows first-hand just how much work is required to purchase, own, and sell a home. Her own real estate story began amidst challenging circumstances. Following the passing of her mother just one year after she graduated from high school in 2004, Kaycee, who had already been working most of her teen life, knew she needed to use her savings to secure her financial future, and made a down payment on a 3-bedroom home in Aurora, a life event that proved to be both pivotal and difficult. “I barely remember the people involved in that transaction,” she says, “I couldn’t tell you my realtor’s name, the inspector’s, nobody’s.” Her entire experience was impersonal and rushed, and corner-cutting done unbeknownst to her led to headaches down the road. Ultimately, this would inspire Kaycee to become an agent for good in Colorado real estate. After over a decade of building her own home equity and educating herself about successful home ownership, Kaycee obtained her real estate license in Colorado in 2014, and has made building relationships and educating others the center of her professional approach.
