Kelly Cole hit the New York real estate scene in 2003 with the same work ethic, drive and passion that made her a success on Broadway, in film and in television for over a decade. Today, Kelly is regarded as an industry leader among colleagues, management and the press alike. Heading up the Cole Team with her husband Paul Cole and Jennifer Pasbjerg, she is proud of their consistent success year over year and equally proud of their reputation as smart, ethical brokers who are always happy to mentor others.

Originally from Central PA farm country, Kelly has kept those wholesome grass roots with her as she journeyed to Point Park University, then to San Francisco and ultimately HOME to New York City in 1985 to pursue her dance and theater career. Kelly has lived all over Manhattan and loves the diversity and nuance from neighborhood to neighborhood.

As a homeowner in Upper Manhattan for 25 years (and Clinton before that), Kelly was the first broker from any large firm to focus on the Audubon and Hudson Heights sections of Washington Heights as well as Inwood in 2003.
