About Kerry
Kerry Costello, a dual language Spanish/English Realtor, is proud to have teamed up with her sisters and Maureen Weaver Homes. Her knowledge of the real estate markets in Washington, DC and Montgomery County, Maryland is unmatched as her family has been native Washingtonians for 4 generations. Bringing with her 17+ years as an educator and a passion for service, Kerry emphasizes the importance of making sure her clients clearly understand the process of buying and selling a home and feel comfortable asking questions. She believes that clear communication is the key to a successful transaction each and every time. Having personally gone through the buying and selling process four times with her family, she empathizes with her clients in their need to find a new home, whether due to growth or hardship. Kerry and her family currently reside in Poolesville in the middle of the Agricultural Reserve in the western part of Montgomery County.
