In years past I've taken on some projects of my own as fix and flips, and did major construction on my own residence as the owner/builder. I hired an architect and engineers, to resolve structural issues, submitting my plans for design and review approval. From there I vetted contractors, and hired skilled tradesmen to handle each step of the construction process, finishing off what is now my lovely home. I can be of great value researching market data for sellers and buyers. I also put forth great effort to meet the expectations of every client, knowing that purchasing a home can be a lifelong commitment.
