Manny - A dream come true. When we first reached out to Kim Ott & Associates we had a very sparse plan. The team came out and provided us a plan for taking us from day one to closing. We ran into repairs and the team again was up to task of finding a contractor to complete the repairs. Kim provided routine updates on progress of repairs and the sale. Sean was patient and instrumental in helping understand disclosures and what to expect next. Our house went from on market to sold in less than seven days in a market time that was anything but hot.We are now living our dream in a new home and new area - thanks team!
