About Kimberly

Born and raised in Southern California, Kimberly Gimbel-Johnson is committed to her community by serving clients throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. Growing up with a dad that builds custom homes, Kimberly loves having a part in that process with her clients whether it’s a new build or remodel.

Kimberly has always loved the real estate industry, which compelled her to earn her broker’s license shortly after graduating from the University of Southern California with a BA in International Relations and a minor in business. Her past work experience included public relations and marketing through the hotel, clothing, and sports industries.

The love and passion Kimberly has for the real estate industry make her an exceptional agent. Kimberly is dedicated to going above and beyond for every client. She is driven and motivated in finding her clients their forever homes in Southern California, and her style of work is a mixture of professionalism and congeniality.

When working with clients, Kimberly understands the importance of getting to know them and enjoys the relationships she builds with each client. However, when it's time to find them the perfect place for the right price, Kimberly knows how to negotiate professionally. As a founding member of the Johnson Mauro Group, she plays a significant role in helping the team grow in the right direction. When asked what she’s proudest of, Kimberly says, “I’m extremely proud of what I have accomplished so far, the direction this team is heading, and the opportunity for growth ahead.

Kimberly feels passionate about philanthropic work and contributes to her community through various organizations and volunteer positions. She and her family volunteer at the Boys and Girls Club of Whittier, Interfaith Food Center, and National Charity League. Kimberly also serves as a Girl Scout troop leader in her community and a volunteer at her children’s school.

When Kimberly isn’t working or volunteering her time in the community, she enjoys working out and spending time outdoors. Kimberly’s favorite way to exercise is on her Peloton bike or going for a local hike. Her favorite outdoor activities include tennis and taking her three kids to all of their sporting activities.

Kimberly lives in Whittier, her hometown, with her husband, three children, and two labs. She enjoys taking her “mom bus” and loading the kids in to take them to all of their extracurricular activities. As a family, they like to travel, attend sporting events, concerts, and the theatre.
