"My wife and I were first time homebuyers and did not fully understand the home buying process. Kollin was able to simplify the process and show us homes we wanted to see when we wanted, he explained the contract and negotiations, and helped ensure we understood the whole home buying process! He helped us move into our beautiful first home that we are so thankful for! He bought us an amazing housewarming gift and ensured we were caffeinated and ready to go on closing day! We are so happy to have worked with Kollin! He made the process simple and easy."
"Kollin helped me and my husband buy our first house! He showed us numerous properties and helped guide us through the home buying process. He connected us with one of the best lenders in Colorado and helped keep everything on track so we could close on time! He fought for us throughout the process and helped us get everything we needed. He checked in with us after closing to make sure everything was okay. I would HIGHLY recommend Kollin and his team to anyone!"
"We had an awesome time looking at houses with Kollin. He went above and beyond for us, and had Starbucks waiting for us each time! He helped us every step of the way! Kollin, quickly made us feel at ease, and more like a friend rather than someone we just met. Jordan and Kollin make an excellent team. they helped us find a new home, and helped us sell our old one fast. Big thanks to everyone!"
Kollin is a Colorado native who grew up in Broomfield, Colorado. He went out of state to Lee College in Texas before returning to the Denver area so that he could start a career in real estate. Kollin has a background as a financial analyst, but he wanted to have a career that could better serve people and make a difference. When asked why he got into real estate, Kollin answers “to help people navigate the big decision of buying a house and use my finance background to help people live a life free of financial challenge and instability.” To Kollin, homeownership is a vehicle for financial empowerment.
Outside of work, Kollin enjoys photography as well as running, hiking, climbing, and camping. Another hobby Kollin shares with his wife, Sadie, is vegan cooking and relaxing with their sweet dog, Indie. Let Kollin share the financial wisdom that goes with homebuying and the different options available to you as you make the exciting life decision of buying your new home.
