He is calm, supportive, and focused on the successful execution of every aspect of each real estate transaction.

With a J.D. from UCLA School of Law and as a member of the California State Bar, Lydia has strengths that include negotiating and understanding contracts as well as other aspects of real estate transactions. Her undergraduate degrees in Art History and Economics have given Lydia a keen eye for design and aesthetics, as well as exceptional insight into the financial aspects of a transaction. She enables clients to better envision a property’s potential.

Prior to entering the real estate profession, Billy and Lydia founded Cattus Quartet, a music services business for upscale weddings and private events in Los Angeles. They interface with clients, creating highly personalized experiences and building many strong relationships, while truly getting to know the community and its many neighborhoods and lifestyles. Lydia and Billy enjoy performing chamber music concerts at their home in Pacific Palisades. They are both passionate about animals and support a variety of animal welfare organizations.
