Danielle has seven years of experience in customer service, three of which related directly to property management experience with a heavy emphasis in leasing, client relationships, daily management of the portfolio, repairs, and marketing.
Danielle has most recently worked for an international real estate agency that manages over 500 residential units and a handful of commercial buildings. Danielle spends most of her time liaising with tenants and owners, conducting open homes, and photographing and marketing homes for lease. She also oversees the inspection process, signing up leases with new tenants, organizing repairs, and assisting with the day-to-day running of the portfolio. Helping people is central to Danielle's character, and therefore she is eager to understand each current and prospective tenant's needs by ensuring they are a priority and genuinely taken care of. Her outgoing and positive attitude is infectious in an office setting which perfectly balances her professionalism and hardworking nature.
Over the past three years, Danielle has solely managed a residential unit in the Orange County area as a landlord including the leasing, screening of tenants, rent collection, repairs, and routine inspections. Currently, she is overseeing the renovations and repairs to the unit as it is prepared to sell on the open market.
