About Virginia "Ginny"
Born in Montreal and living in Los Feliz, Ginny earned her BA from McGill University in Art History. She followed her passion for design and communications starting her career at the Canadian Centre for Architecture. Moving to Los Angeles after a successful run in Sales and Marketing with Canada's leading media and pharmaceutical companies, Ginny chose to pursue Real Estate. It was opportune and brought together her love of architecture, people, negotiation, and problem solving in a meaningful way. Helping people actualize their real estate goals, working with buyers to find their dream home and prepping a house for market is equally rewarding. Drawing from her background in customer service Ginny really listens to the needs of buyers and sellers, has great attention to detail, identifies opportunities and is driven to deliver results. Ginny lives with her husband, architect and builder, and two beautiful daughters in the Los Feliz Oaks known for its winding, hilly, tree lined streets and proximity to Griffith Park. She is an active volunteer at Immaculate Heart High School and the Children’s Action Network. When time allows, her family loves to go to their home in Indian Wells to hike the desert trails and re-energize.
